JONATHAN STOUT A.I.A. is a practicing Architect with offices in Malibu, California. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He graduated from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo with the highly regarded five year B of A degree. State of California Architect license C-22645.
He has been principal of a successful business since 1979. Project medium is Auto CAD with highly detailed and intricate plans for optimal accuracy and efficiency of construction.
Primarily the firm focuses on "high end" custom residential single family homes. Project sites range from simple flat bedrock pads to more complex steep hillsides. Projects are primarily located in Malibu, Hidden Hills, Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills. Additional project
sites include Illinois, Washington State, Virginia, Calabasas, Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica to name some locations.
